Anti-Fraud Convictions are Up

Provisions in the ACA have made it easier for officials to track and prosecute fraud in Medicare. In fact, according to this recent report, convictions have more than doubled in the last two years. Ironically, one of the best anti-fraud resources can be the beneficiaries of these programs, themselves. CMS and DHHS hope this trend will continue in the future.
