Part D Reduces Annual Costs for CHF Beneficiaries

This study estimates the impact of Part D and improved use of  Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) medications on savings in medical expenditures.  The net effect of overall savings is estimated to exceed $2.6 billion, of which over $2.3 billion was savings to Medicare.
